Article 4: Complaints The Client may not invoke defects in the products or service unless a written complaint has been submitted to “3T” within 14days after the defects was detected or should, within reason, have been detected. Article 5: Payment 5.1 Unless agreed otherwise, payment must be made using one of the following methods: - For small orders (Less than USD5,000): 100% paid before shipment. - For medium orders (USD5,000-10,000): 50% deposit and the balance paid after goods inspection. - For large orders (USD10,000 - 50,000): 40% deposit, the balance paid against of B/L copy. - For super orders (only be applicable for regular customers): within 30days after the date on invoice.
