For the small orders (Less then USD10,000.00),if the Client didn’t nominate a shipping method, we will ship products by TNT express default. We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in Customs Declaring time in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your products is inspected. Please note that, the shipping cost does not include any import taxes, the Client should be responsible for all additional customs fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Conditions of Sale Article 1: Price Changes 1.1  “3T” may change any increases in cost-determining factors that arise after agreement is conclude to the Client if the performance of the agreement has not been completed at the moment of the increase. 1.2  The Client is obliged to pay the price increase as meant in Article 1.1 at the same time as the principle sum or the next installment is paid. Article 2: Liability 2.1 “3T” is liable for all damages that the Client incurs that stem directly and exclusively from a shortcoming attributable to “3T”. However, only those damages for which “3T’ is insured, or should within reason have been insured, quality for compensation. 2.2 If, when the agreement is conclude, it is impossible for “3T” to take out insurance as meant in Article 2.1, or impossible to do so at reasonable conditions, the maximum compensation payable for damages is the amou- nt of “3T” charged for the agreement in question.(exclusive VAT) 2.3 The following damages do not quality for compensation: A. Trading loss, including loss caused by delays and loss of profits. The Client should take out insurance to cover such damages, if such is deemed desirable. B. Supervision damages, which are understood to include damages cause-    d, during or as a result of the performance of the work, to objects on which work is being carried out to objects situated in the vicinity of the work site. The Client should take out insurance to cover such damages, if such is deemed desirable. C. Damages caused by intent or gross negligence on the parts of helpers, or non-management employees of “3T”. D. The damages incurred during shipping, and this shipment is organized by the Client, or the forwarders are nominated by the Client, the Client should take out insurance to cover such damages, if such is deemed desirable. 2.4 “3T” is not liable for damages to materials provided by or behalf on the Client that result from improper processing. At the Client’s request, “3T’will repeat the process, using materials provided the Client, at the Client’s expense. 2.5 The Client indemnifies “3T” against all claims from third parties from product liability stemming from defects in products provided by the Client to third parties that consisted of or included products and/or materials provided by “3T”. Article 3: Guarantees 3.1 “3T” guarantee the proper performance of some products or service stipulated for a period of six months after delivery or compensation. 3.2 If the construction delivered and/or materials used prove to be unsound, “3T” will make the necessary repairs or replacement. Those parts that are to be repaired at “3T” work site or are to be replaced by “3T’ must be sent to “3T’ by carriage paid. 3.3 If the products or service stipulated consists of the delivery of an object, “3T” guarantees the soundness of the object delivered for the period specified in Article 3.1.    If the delivery proves to have been defective, the object must be returned to “3T” with carriage paid. “3T” will then elect either: - to repair the object - to replace the object - to credit the Client for a proportionate part of the invoice 3.4 Inall conditions, the Client must allow “3T” the opportunity to repair any sh- ortcoming and/or repeat the processing. 3.5.1No guarantee is given when defects are the result of:    - Normal wear and tear    - Improper use    - Lack of proper maintenance    - Fitting/assembly/alterations or repairs by the Client or third paries 3.5.2 No guarantee is given on inspections of and/or repairs to objects belong to the Client. Article 4: Complaints The Client may not invoke defects in the products or service unless a written complaint has been submitted to “3T” within 14days after the defects was detected or should, within reason, have been detected. Article 5: Payment 5.1 Unless agreed otherwise, payment must be made using one of the following methods: - For small orders (Less than USD5,000): 100% paid before shipment. - For medium orders (USD5,000-10,000): 50% deposit and the balance paid after goods inspection. - For large orders (USD10,000 - 50,000): 40% deposit, the balance paid against of B/L copy. - For super orders (only be applicable for regular customers): within 30days after the date on invoice.
